A HIGHER STANDARD IN MUSIC...

Our musical style is primarily rooted in traditional gospel music. We feel that four-part male harmony is a powerful form of musical expression that often produces a remembrance of the exuberant sounds of gospel music past for aged listeners while also grabbing the attention of today's youth with the uniqueness of the form.

Our musical influences range from the traditional sounds of The Statesmen, The Imperials and The Cathedrals, to the more modern sounds of groups like The Oak Ridge Boys and The Gaither Vocal Band.

We have found that it is both lyrically and melodically pleasing to build a program by mixing gospel standards with quality original music. Instrumentally we try to stay diverse. Our music is performed with the aid of a live pianist and bass guitar, which allows us the freedom to interact and change direction as we wish. Giving our audience a chance to sing along in praise is a staple of our sets and is a key to making a concert double as a worship service.

We strive to keep our programs authentic, in the vocal performance, in the content, and in our interaction with the audience. Our goal is to let the Holy Spirit tailor each of our stands to meet the needs of the hour.
